Welcome to our newly renovated Meredith home! Enjoy all that Lake Winnipesaukee has to offer; conveniently located just a five-minute's drive from downtown Meredith, Lake Winnipesaukee & Weirs Beach.
Enjoy a relaxing experience with thoughtful amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a patio w/ fire pit, king and queen size beds, & full kitchen. Great location for bike week in Laconia, concerts in Gilford, trips to the lake, the boardwalk at Weirs Beach. ice fishing derby in Meredith & hiking trails!
This home includes a full kitchen w/ bar top and stools which connect to the dining room. There is 1 bathroom w/ a shower stall only (no tub) and 2 bedrooms. All rooms are on the main floor. Guests should use the side door (kitchen entrance) where the keypad is installed.

-Guests have access to the entire house (with the exception of basement, attic, and dedicated closet for cleaners) and yard.
-Exterior camera (kitchen door) is used to monitor/record entrance 24/7 for your safety and ours.

Summary: While this house was cute, pretty clean, and well-situated, there were a few things that were lacking. The stone steps up to the house from the driveway were uneven and had tons of dried leaves piled up on/in them so it was a bit precarious. The towels provided were not good; they seemed to be some sort of flimsy micro-fiber material. The beds were VERY COMFORTABLE and plenty of pillows were provided, but there was no top sheet, just the duvet. There was a screen missing from one of the bedroom windows so unfortunately we couldn't leave it open a bit for some fresh, Fall air. The microwave worked on the first day, but on the second day it was "dead". We think the whole wall was "out" as we tried plugging in other appliances to other outlets and nothing worked. Not sure what happened. Lastly, we were unable to watch the tv in the living room as we could not find the remote. While the owner was quick to respond to our inquiries about it, there was no solution given or effort made to get us another remote. We like watching tv together in the evenings so this was disappointing. The house was conveniently situated to Meredith center and Laconia and Weirs beach.
