Positive: The warmth and helpfulness of all the staff made us feel very welcome. Our aperitifs, dinner and breakfast were good, although we ate out our second night. Modena is a fascinating city and well worth a visit. The rooms were quiet.
Negative: The swimming pool area is still under development and the Via Emilia is too visible from the pool area. There is a bus route from the hotel to the centre of Modena, but it's not an ideal place to stay if you do not have your own car.
