Just renovated house with brand new furniture, appliances, floors, etc. Only 1.5miles of quiet roads and bike paths to public beaches/downtown Bethany. Quiet community with a pool, catch and release fishing pond, and tennis/pickle ball court. Relax or grill out on our back deck and forested backyard with hammock and fire pit. Super large common room is great for everyone to have fun and spend time together. Easy access to Assawoman Bay and canal for canoe, kayak, or paddle boarding.
Everything you need for your beach trip provided; linens, towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, canoe, and kayak all included with your stay.

Summary: Friendly neighborhood with pool and tennis/Pickleball courts. Conveniently close to kayak put-in for the Bay and just a short bike ride to the beach! Comfortable porch and back deck with swing and fire pit. We love it.
