Sunnyside Up is a beach cottage with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that comfortably sleeps 8. The house was completely renovated in April of 2021 along with all new furniture and paint in the kitchen, living room and bedrooms. The house is located in beautiful Fort Morgan on a quiet beach front street, with beach access only a few steps away. Enjoy ocean views from the deck or head over to the uncrowded gorgeous white sand beaches. A short drive to local stores and restaurants, historic Fort Morgan, the ferry to Dauphin Island or back into town. The house offers everything you’ll need plus more! The first bedroom has a king bed, 42” smart TV and a full bathroom across the hallway, that has a double vanity and newly renovated tile shower. The second bedroom has two queen-size beds, a 50” smart TV and an ensuite full bath with a double vanity and tub shower. The living room has a 65” 4K smart TV, sound bar, HD Blue-ray Player, JBL portable bluetooth speaker, queen-size sleeper couch for 2 and plenty of games and movies to keep you entertained. Cable TV, Netflix, and wireless internet are available throughout the house. The eat-in kitchen has all new appliances and is well equipped with everything you need to cook up the perfect meal. The outside space offers views from all parts of the balcony. Enjoy your dinner with a view from the teak table or catch the sunset from the gazebo while rocking back and forth and watching the ocean. Below the house, there is a private outdoor shower, picnic table, Weber gas grill, and beach chairs and toys. Covered parking for three cars is available. Wireless internet, cable television, and Netflix available throughout the house. Washer and dryer are available, as well as an iron and ironing board. All linens and towels are provided. Sunnyside Up is pet friendly; dogs under 50 pounds are allowed with a maximum of 2 dogs. Food and water bowls are provided. There is a non-refundable fee $100 per dog. The house is located near the end of a quiet beach front street with minimal traffic, perfect for biking and walking. Fort Morgan has gorgeous white sand beaches but is away from the crowded beaches of Gulf Shores. The beaches in Fort Morgan are dog friendly. Local restaurants, such as Sassy Bass, Tacky Jacks, and Behind the Pines are just a short drive away or head into town and enjoy the endless amounts of food, fun and entertainment.
