Waterview Towers Condominium is a private gated community located at 150 Gulf Shore Drive. This complex is found at the tip of Holiday Isle, positioning it uniquely between the Destin Harbor and the Destin Pass. This location offers an escape from the crowds and traffic while being just minutes from all the recreation, shopping, and dining that Destin has to offer. Waterview Towers allows you to enjoy sunrise views over the Destin Harbor in the morning and then kick back and watch an amazing sunset on the Gulf in the evening. You will also have a front row seat in the Summer for the weekly fire work shows.
The complex amenities include a pool and hot tub deck along with a private beach that overlooks the Destin Pass. **Please note: Our beach is a private sand beach but it does NOT allow direct access to the water of the Destin Pass due to an environmental sea wall protecting the beach. However, there is public beach to the east and west of the complex that has a direct access to the Destin Pass and the Gulf of Mexico for swimming, snorkeling, and lounging on the beach. Approximate walk time to the beach with water access is 7 minutes and it is right at .25 miles (see photo). The pool is heated from March 10th - May 1st and October 1st to the Monday after Thanksgiving. Waterview Towers also has a marina located in the Destin Harbor, gated parking, two outdoor gas grills, a washer/dryer set on each floor, and a fully equipped exercise room that overlooks a fenced tennis court.

This condo, "Rise & Shine", faces the Destin Harbor and has been newly redecorated throughout with coastal chic furnishings. Open concept floor plan in the living and dining space with a soothing color palette. The spacious living room has wall to wall windows with sliding door access to a large harbor view balcony. The balcony runs the entire length of the condo and contains two outdoor tables with 6 chairs. The indoor dining area has a table with seating for six. The modern, fully stocked kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, solid surface countertops, and an island with additional seating. The master bedroom hosts a king size bed, great harbor view, and has balcony access. The updated on-suite bathroom features a double sink vanity and walk-in tile shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, fantastic harbor view, and balcony access. The third bedroom has a king size bed and a peek-a-boo view of the Destin Pass. The second and third bedrooms are connected by a Jack and Jill bath that features a double sink vanity and a tub/shower combo.
There are Smart TV's with cable access in the living room as wall as all three bedrooms. High speed Wi-Fi to make your stay just a bit more convenient. In the foyer you will find books, board games, and puzzles. There is a storage closet on balcony with 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, and an assortment of pool and beach items for you to enjoy as well.
The maximum occupancy for this unit is eight (8) persons - this includes adults and children. The unit can comfortably sleep six (6) adults.
Guests are allowed two parking spots.
The unit and all linens are professionally cleaned and disinfected after each use in order to provide the cleanest and safest stay possible.
