This huge 1407 square foot condo boasts a deck large enough for outdoor dining or enjoying the sunset. The floor to ceiling windows offer an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. This smoke-free unit features a King bed in the Master bedroom, a Queen bed in the Guest bedroom 1, and twin over full bunks in Guest bedroom 3. The sleeper sofa in the living room provides extra bedding. Unit 706 has modern and contemporary decor/furnishings and a full size washer and dryer. Monthly stays are available from November until March. Parking is at a premium, so a 2 car limit is strictly enforced.
