Come enjoy a lovely stay in the heart of Downtown Matthews only 20 minutes from uptown. You will have the entire spacious sun-drenched townhouse to yourself, with comforts and amenities all around. Restaurants and coffee shops are a stones throw away, with even more options a 5-7 minute walk up the road.
Three floors of space all to yourself. The main floor has lofty high ceilings and an open living / dining / kitchen space with beautiful natural sunlight all day long. In the living room you’ll find a standing desk with printer for any work or personal needs. If the weathers nice enjoy time on the deck with glowing string lights and shady overcast branches. The top floor contains the washer / dryer and two bedrooms with full baths.
