Family owned dreamy cottage with over 300 ft of frontage on Buckhorn Lake located on the edge of Wolf Island Provincial Park. Enjoy the roof top hot tub, high end bathrooms, 75' TV, A/C, BBQ, excellent fishing, hiking, swimming, boating, bonfires, family and friends time spent together creating cherished memories.
Come to explore all the lake system has to offer!
This is a family friendly cottage. If you plan to party, blasting loud music, leaving it dirty or doing drugs this is not the right address. Please read the house rules carefully.
House rules:
- Must book for exact number of guests on the property. Inaccurate numbers could lead to eviction.
- After booking must provide a photo of the drivers license of the primary renter.
- No Shoes in the cottages.
- No parties or events.
- No loud noise at any time especially after 11:00PM (noise carries across the lake easily). Any noise fine from the city you are agreeing to pay it.
- Don't move/relocate furniture.
- Smoking or vaping inside the cottage will result in a minimum $1000 fine. Additionally we don't want to find any cigarettes on the beach or anywhere on the property, finding disposed cigarettes will lead to that fine.
- Don't leave dirty dishes.
- Don't leave open food outside.
- If it takes over 4 hours to clean after your stay, a minimum additional fee of $250. Make sure you follow the check out rules to prevent that fee.
- No glass outside - bring cans, not bottles. Broken glass outside will result in a minimum $1000 fine.
- Do not disturb any of the nature on the property (cutting trees, ripping off bark, touching plants/flowers, moving rocks, etc). - Leave the cottage in good shape - the way it was when you arrived. Make sure the boats returned to it's place as you found it. Reorganizing boats comes with $100 fee if not returned to the way you found them.

Summary: Carl was an excellent host. We were cancelled on last minute by another host and Carl took our group of 12 in quickly. The house was just as advertised and was a great place to stay for our group. We really enjoyed the kayaks, paddle board and canoes. He was quick to respond when we had questions during our stay. Overall great place!
