Positive: Having previously lived in Dubai for many years, we are familiar with DAMAC Hills and the good location. Pretty much all that you need is on the doorstep, with a small mall and a supermarket within walking distance. The apartment has everything that you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. It is on the top floor and offers a magnificent view of the golf course. Very handy to have the use of an allocated parking space in the building basement. The public facilities are neat and tidy and well maintained.
Negative: The floors and the rug had not been swept/vacuumed/properly cleaned. The water switch for the bathroom is faulty (it needs a good whack to come on).
Summary: We had a very pleasant stay and will certainly stay again when the occasion arises. Recommended!
