This amazing vacation retreat located in one of North Fenwick Island's finest private gated beach communities features 7 bedrooms with 5 full baths and is family friendly with a great spacious multi-level floor plan perfect to hang out and relax with family and friends. This beautiful home which easily sleeps 20 is set up for that special family get-away with lots of windows throughout offering fantastic ocean views and an amazing open concept living area with huge open concept kitchen. Escape to the awesome wrap around deck offering stunning ocean views seeming to go on forever while the kids enjoy the afternoon at the Private Swimming Pool and pool house!! First rate accommodations include multi-zone central air conditioning; full oversized kitchen has microwave, dishwasher, laundry room with full size washer/dryer, Game Room with pool table, 5 TVs, 2 DVDs, 5 Decks, charcoal grill, screen porches and outside shower. Conveniently located only steps from the private beach shared with only a handful of homes. Parking limited to 10 spaces. All of this makes for a perfect summer beach house where you will be sure to create those special family beach vacation memories! Pet friendly with $350 pet fee per pet.
