This home is located in a Prime location that is ideal for sports fans that want to watch a sports event at State Farm Arena, the Peoria Sports Complex, or go boating on Lake Pleasant. For entertainment, enjoy the 30+ bars & restaurants at Westgate Entertainment District that is adjacent to State Farm Arena. State Farm Arena is a $142 million venue where the AZ Cardinals & Coyotes play football/hockey.
State Farm Arena, Westgate Entertainment District, Arrowhead Mall, Desert Diamond Casino, Peoria Sports Complex & Top Golf are located within 15 minutes from the home. You are also located about 10 minutes from Six Flags Waterpark & Desert Mirage golf course. Spring Training for the Seattle Mariners & the San Diego Padres is held at the Peoria Sports Complex.
The backyard has a HEATED Pebble-Tec POOL, Mini-Putt-Putt, Jacuzzi, Ping-Pong Table, 2 Fire Pits table that seat 12, BBQ Grill, Foosball table, A dartboard, the game Jinga and Cornhole, and a 55 inch TV with cable access.
The game room features a billiards table, 2 arcade games (Golden Tee & NBA Jam) 2 pub tables, and a lounging area with a 70 inch TV. You also have board games like Monopoly, Apples to Apples, Poker, Chess, Playing Cards, Cards against Humanity, & another game called, "What do you Meme."
Every bedroom in the house has Smart TVS WITH CABLE access. Home has internet/Wifi & has 24 hour check-in w/ a Smart Lock (No Key Needed). Family friendly home with board games, Play Pen, and High chairs.
The old saying, "Pictures are worth a thousand words" applies. This house has it all. The backyard is the equivalent to a high-end resort. The owner spent $250k just on the backyard. It features outdoor Travertine flooring around the pebble-tec heated pool, a built in hot tub, 11 TVS, custom Kitchen-Aid BBQ, two firepit dining table that can accommodate 12 people, 2 custom Pergolas, an outdoor day bed, 8 loungers, & an outdoor bar. The pool also has a waterfall with a new LED Light.
As soon as you walk inside the kitchen, you see a breathtaking custom 12 person quartz waterfall table, built in Samsung stainless steel appliances, and a 36 inch GE profile gas cooktop.
In the family room, master bedroom, and game room, you have a 70 inch TV in EACH ROOM. The home features 11 tv’s throughout the home and TVS in every bedroom. You also have a 55 inch tv outside.
As far as the bathrooms, you have beautiful custom-made tile in every bathroom (5.5 bathrooms). 4 bedrooms have en-suite bathroom. In the master, you have a beautiful black soaking tub and a rainfall showerhead. All bathrooms have rainfall showerheads.
Each bedroom has its own TV with Cable access and hotel quality mattresses and sheets. Each bedroom includes wall receptacles with USB Ports next to the lamps which help charge your hand-held device, tablet or other smart devices charge faster than a normal power outlet (3.4 amps).

**IN THE EVENT WE HAVE ANY EXTRA GUESTS OVER THE CONFIRMED RESERVATION AMOUNT, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE THE RESERVATION**. WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR EVENTS.
The owner recently spent around $7,000 for a Pentair Pool heater to keep the pool warm. Pool is heated to 80 degrees and typically takes a 2 full days to do so. Heated Pool service should be paid at initial reservation, but can be added up to 2 days before your check-in. This fee is non-refundable. This way you have time to check the weather to make sure you want the pool heated.
We DO NOT offer the option to heat the pool for a portion of your stay as it is costly to heat 18,000 gallons of water for the property owner.
Events and parties of any kind are prohibited at all homes we manage. We do not allow guests or visitors. The price is calculated based on the amount of guests inputted when you completed the reservation. Prices are more expensive for larger groups and more competitive for smaller groups. This property has surveillance cameras outdoors in the front and backyard that record audio and video. Such security is standard in high-end accommodations and is mandated by insurance for liability.
