We can't wait to host you! Ranchview Retreat can host up to 8 individuals. Couples weekends, ladies' trips, and wedding groups are welcome! And we pay the cleaning fee!
The entirety of the retreat has been newly remodeled with a focus on light bright colors, natural light from the many windows, and serene comfortable spaces. You will enjoy the large living room with a beautiful stone fireplace and rustic wood beams. There is room to gather on the leather sectional sofa while enjoying provided Netflix and Youtube TV on the Smart TV. Property is BYOL (Bring Your Own Login) for other streaming services. Let us know if your service is unique so the App can be added to the Smart TV. Wifi provided. Sonos Bluetooth speaker is available. You will need Sonos App to operate.
The large well-appointed kitchen is a chef’s dream with a gas range, granite countertops, and all the cooking tools you will need including Cuisinart cookware, bakeware, Mikasa dishes, placemats, and cloth napkins for the dining table that seats 8 comfortably. There is also a fully stocked coffee/tea bar with a Nespresso machine, Keurig, Aeropress (pour-over/press) single coffee maker, and a tea kettle available. Coffee and espresso pods and tea bags were provided. Sugar and sugar substitutes are provided. Milk and cream are not provided. 5 gallons of filtered drinking water provided via Avalon Hot/Cool/Cold water dispenser. The freezer does not have an ice maker. Ice trays provided.
The adjoining air-conditioned sunroom off the living and kitchen is light and bright and provides another space for your guests to relax and soak in the peace and beauty of the backyard and ranch view. You may even see some wildlife. Books are available in hall bookcases for your enjoyment.
A billiard room with a smart TV is another fun place to entertain. Snooker balls are also available with multiple-length pool cues.
When it is time to rest, four bedrooms are each outfitted with king-size beds and luxury linens from Pottery Barn and Magnolia along with full-length mirrors, and luggage racks for your suitcases. The three bathrooms have glass-enclosed showers, spacious counters, large mirrors, bright lighting, and all the luxuries you expect when looking for a high-end vacation.

Toilet paper and hand soap are also provided. Extra towels are visible on open shelves. Black wash clothes and wipes for makeup removal are provided. The retreat sits on an acre of property in a quiet neighborhood and backs up to a 40-acre working ranch so you’ll feel like you are in the country though you are close to shopping, restaurants, and wineries on the Texas Wine Trail. The spacious private backyard has a large deck and crushed granite patio with 8 Adirondack chairs surrounding a propane fire pit. There is a propane grill available for your use. Whether you’re sitting on the back deck watching an amazing sunrise or visiting with friends around the crushed granite patio enjoying an evening fire, you will feel a sense of peace in this special slice of heaven.
