Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Easy and hussle free key collection and the host explained the location well. Prior communication with the host before checking in.

Negative: Although during booking there was information about one bed room with 2 bed ( one boy me and one single bed) mentioned on booking.com, when requested for a blanket for the single bed, the host replied rudely that this bed was not part of the booking. But they did give a cover to use as a blanket. The checkin process was a bit stressful as there was some communication about the place not been available as per the booking. But it was sorted after a long conversation with host. Though the apart looked cleaned , during close inspection you can see spider webs everywhere which also flew on to our food. No kettle to boil hot water for tea coffee. You were provided a pot and a stove to boil water the old fashioned way. The communication about check out was texted early in the morning at around 06.00hrs. Would have been nice if it was communicated and reminded the night before so that we could plan ahead.
