You won't be disappointed with the beauty and comfort of this home for your next vacation or business trip. Attention to detail in every room creates that luxury experience for each member of your group. Main level includes master en suite, gourmet kitchen/dining/great room with fireplace, full laundry room with lots of storage and 2 car garage. Another large family gathering area with fireplace and 4k tv, bedrooms and the theatre room complete the lower level. Access the patio, private fire pit and outdoor lounge area, private hot tub, from the lower level family room. Relax or dine while taking in the majestic views of Pineview Lake or the ski runs of Nordic Valley on the large deck overlooking the whole valley. The amenities of this townhome can't be beat while you are playing in the four season outdoor wonderland of the Ogden Valley.
The hot tub is professionally serviced in between every guest. However, the hot tub occasionally breaks down or needs additional servicing. Although every effort is made, we cannot guarantee that the hot tub will be available 100% of the time. If this is the case, the guest will be refunded $150 courtesy discount.

Summary: It was difficult to tear ourselves away from the gorgeous views of cattle grazing in the open field, tall mountains, and bright yellow sunflowers. We spent a lot of time just sitting outside enjoying our morning coffee and evening happy hours. But there was so much to do in the area, including hikes through the wildflowers at Snow Basin and Powder Mountain, and day trips to Park City and Salt Lake City and Antelope Island. The house was extremely clean and well designed so that all 5 of us (myself, my husband, my two college age children and my son's girlfriend) had more than enough space. The property is well maintained and stocked with bath towels, pool towels, paper products and anything you could need. The management company is quick to respond to inquiries and does a tremendous job! If you are in the area, this is the place to stay!
