3 Bedroom House in Pocono Summit

Welcome to my home on Pocono Summit Lake. It is a lakefront level lot with its own small peninsula.
** Primary renter must be 27yo, this house/property is tobacco free, (no smoking, chewing, dipping etc.) any/all violations will result in lose of all or part of your security deposit. Why you may ask, burnt capeting, burnt furniture & tobacco juice strains.
New year 2021: ALL sliding glass doors/screens/windows/locks out to back deck, washing machine, diswasher, AC central control panel, water cooler/dispenser, keyless front door lock, & all TVs, (3) are now "smart". Cable still available/active on main TV.
**VIDEO: I downloaded a walk-thru video, sorry for occasional view of my fingertip, of my house, which is a single level, three bedroom home with loft looking down into living/family room and out to lake.
To view it, click on the right arrow on the above picture, it is the third one & has the official arrow for you to clink to start. If you go to Photo Tab you can not get to it. I also tried to stage photos in order of you coming in my front door & thru house. Photos are from 2017 till June 2020
** Pillows, blankets & bedspreads are included with all rentals.
Many/most of my recent guess have expressed a desire to bring their own linen, (towels, wash cloths, sheets, pillow cases etc) and inquired about a partial refund of the cleaning fee for doing that, which I did. I have now reduced the cleaning fee and the above linens are optional. The fee is $20/queen set, ( 2 pillowcases, 2 towels & wash cloths, fitted & flat sheet), $15/twin set (one pillowcase, 1 towel & wash cloth, fitted & flat sheet)
Relaxing back deck that looks out over the lake which can be accessed from the kitchen dining area, living/family room or master-bedroom. Deck off master-bedroom is covered & has its own table & chairs. Back yard has open fire-pit and a small personal table & chairs sitting at tip of peninsula.

Summary: This was our fourth time returning to this property so obviously we love the home. But and as much as I hate to post this review, others need to know that property maintenance and cleanliness did not meet acceptable rental standards this time. Sean, (the property manager) was onsite as were the cleaning/mowing crews when we arrived so check-in was delayed - which was not a huge deal. But we quickly discovered that the master bath was not cleaned and it was very dirty. Sean returned around 8 pm (with prompting) and finished cleaning the inside of the home. He promised to return around 10:30 the next morning to weed-wack, clean up the empty hot tubs, and empty the canoe and paddleboat which were fully filled with green rainwater. Long story, we never heard back from Sean on Sunday (or at any time during the week) so late in the day we bailed and dumped the water from the boats, then cleaned the yard area as best as we could, within reason. There were other things too, but there's no need to keep going. On the positive side someone dropped off new life jackets and paddles for the canoe on Monday but we weren't around at the time. We definity left the property much better than we found it. This home has been perfect for us and we hope that something changes so that future renters can enjoy their time as much as we have in the past.
