Positive: In a good location. Clean. Lots of utensils in the kitchen which was convenient. Overall good.
Negative: They only provide you the sheets, beds are not made for you upon arrival (sheets, pillowcases etc). You have to remove them yourself at the end of your stay. No tea or coffee provided in kitchen.
Summary: good value for money and close to city centre
