Positive: Great location - close to everything in Chamonix. Bed was comfy - view was amazing!
Negative: No ramp to enter the building so had to carry heavy bags up stairs to gain access to reception area. I would imagine an elderly person would have a lot of trouble.
Summary: Excellent location - staff were friendly.
