Positive: Location and arrangements excellent. Free underground secure parking, excellent. Apartment size excellent.
Negative: Shower leaked all over the floor, had to constantly mop up, light not working in bunk room. Reported to Maeva, Booking.com and Onsite receptionist who all told me to contact each other so nothing was sorted and no reduction in price for inconvenience. Apartment was not furnished as per photographs, only 1 couch so not enough seats for all of us, so had to sit at kitchen table or on bed
