Waterfront on Matunuck Point! Enjoy 360 degrees of water views from this quintessential beach home with access to East Matunuck Beach only 100 steps to the east and the Association's private beach 100 steps to the west. Enjoy the best of both worlds by relaxing on the 480 square foot waterfront deck with access to Potter's Pond where you can drop in a kayak or paddleboard (1 kayak and 2 paddleboards/life jackets provided). This property also has 65 feet of ocean frontage directly across the street with breathtaking views of Block Island. Grab your coffee and an Adirondack chair for a truly magnificent sunrise while listening to the waves crash and the seagulls sing. This charming, sun-filled home has an open concept with beautiful hardwoods throughout, eat-in kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room and half bath on the first floor and 3 bedrooms and one full bath upstairs. Hop on one of the bikes provided to explore the area where you can find an ice cream shop, pizza restaurant, bakery, local farm stand, the infamous Ocean Mist Restaurant and the award-winning Matunuck Oyster Bar. Enjoy a refreshing outdoor shower, then relax by the firepit and count the stars at this truly one-of-a-kind property.
Pet fee: Pet friendly on a case by case basis (0-50lbs). If approved there will be a $200.00 nonrefundable pet fee per pet, an additional $50.00 cleaning fee per pet.
Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.

Summary: check-in was 4pm. Unfortunately, the previous renter had a dog and the cleaning people did not finish until 4:30pm. Dog hair was still on the couches and the fleece bedding blankets in 2 of the bedrooms smelled like wet dog. We had to wash them. Other than that, the house was great and in a perfect location. The house had 2 paddle boards and 1 kayak which was a lot of fun for the kids to use on the salt pond.
