Welcome to our newly remodeled paired villa. Located in the shady, quiet neighborhood of Myrtle Trace in the Plantations, it is a perfect retreat. The split bedroom plan features two bedroom suites each with their own baths. One suite has a king-size bed; the other suite is an office/guest room with a queen-size Murphy bed. The living space is accented by cathedral ceilings. Sliders have been removed so the living room graciously flows to the over-sized Florida room. The wall of glass lets you enjoy a beautiful lake complete with birds, jumping fish, and other wild life. Prepare meals while enjoying the view in a fully equipped galley kitchen with Corian counters and a breakfast bar. There is also an open patio between the garage and laundry area. You may park your vehicle in one side of a two-car garage. The owner stores a vehicle on the other side.
The community pool/club house is an easy one-block walk from the villa. The area includes biking paths and beautiful grounds for your morning/evening walk! Great neighbors and many activities! Weekly games at the club house include Mahjong, Poker, Dominos. Water Aerobics every day at 10 a.m. and a Thursday evening at 5 p.m. "Sip and Dip" to meet neighbors.
The Plantations is located on Highway 41 only three miles to shopping and dining. The charming community of Venice is eight miles away, and Sarasota is only 35 miles away with world-class shopping, dining, and many cultural attractions. You can enjoy Manasota beach (4 miles), Caspersen beach (4 miles), Venice beach (8 miles), and Siesta Key beach (18 miles).
This is every golfer's dream destination. Although the Plantations course is private, there are more than ten courses within a fifteen-minute drive!
Located just three miles from I-75, we are 42 minutes north of (PGD) Punta Gorda Airport, 45 minutes south of (SRQ) Sarasota International Airport, 1 1/2 hours north of (RSW) Fort Myers International Airport and 1 1/2 hours south of Tampa International Airport.

Summary: We were very pleased with the property. The owner was very cooperative and had left everything perfect. Very clean and lovely. It has a wonderful view of a lake which we loved! Saw all kinds of wildlife. The neighborhood is lovely and very quiet but it was mid April to mid June, after most of the snowbirds had left for the summer. Enjoyed the pool and water aerobics. Also met the neighbors at the weekly potluck at the club house a short walk from this property. Very nice people and very helpful providing us information on the area since we were moving to the area.
