The property also includes four guest houses, an apartment, a multi-purpose entertainment annex with state-of-the-art recording studio, custom control room & rehearsal room, 3 kitchens, exercise/dance studio, media room, and conference room. The property also includes a pool, a hot tub, a jogging trail, and five- stall stable with riding arena.
