Positive: It was a great size for three of us. We had our 10 month old with us. The landscape was gorgeous and reminded us of our wedding venue.
Negative: The bathroom was small and I believe it could have some black mold in it. May want to get that looked at. When there are people staying in the apartment above you can hear every single thing.
