Take your next Lake Tahoe vacation to this beautifully remodeled home located in Carnelian Bay. This home has a large deck and many great amenities.
Located in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by trees, giving you a lovely forest vibe. You are just 10 minutes from Tahoe City where you will find fun shops to walk, many restaurants and diners, nice beaches to visit, and any necessities for your stay. Just a short distance away (20 minutes) you have 3 major ski resorts with a multitude of fun summer and winter activities.
This home has 2 levels. On the first level, you will find one of the three bedrooms with a nice family to relax in or play a fun game of pool. On the second level are the remaining two bedrooms along with the kitchen and living area. Off the master bedroom is a very large deck to enjoy the fresh Tahoe air while having your morning cup of coffee or dinner in the evening. The upstairs has large windows throughout allowing a lot of natural light and giving you the lovely forest vibes this home has.

Location:
While some may want to stick around the house and have a snow day at the property, perhaps others will want to venture out to the local ski spots like Northstar (13 miles away) and Alpine Meadows/Squaw Valley (11 miles away). On a summer day, you will be only a few minutes from beautiful lake beaches. You may choose to head down and grab a breakfast at the Old Post Office Cafe, or head into Tahoe City for many other breakfast and dining options.
Parking: Parking is available for 3 cars total. One in the garage and two in the driveway. All cars must park in the garage or on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance
Other things to Note:
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an unusual hot spell.
*Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
*Renters must be 25+
*Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 6 adults
