Summary: We were disappointed with old, worn and uncomfortable furniture in the living room and dining room. Kitchen lacked sufficient cutlery, plates, and stemmed wine glasses. Countertop was broken leaving very sharp corner. Heating/hot water system failed leaving us cold and without hot water for hours. Property manager was sympathetic and quick to respond to the many issues we faced..
