New apartment in a fantastic location with pool and panoramic sea views, on the outskirts at a dead end. Situated atop a hill, you have a beautiful panoramic view of Lake Maggiore and the surrounding mountains and hills. The apartment has a separate entrance with its own garage for your car. Covering an area of ​​70 sqm are 2 bedrooms (4 beds), living and dining room with kitchen, bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet and washing machine. Summary: clean and cosy modern apartment on top floor with sunscreens above sunny terrace and fully equipped kitchen. Nice large swimming pool. Splendid views across the Lago Maggiore. Central location for visiting the green east side + ferry boat (for cars) nearby in Laveno for crossing the lake to the small cities on the other side. Insider tip: walk on beach in Calde, to chapel on hill and restaurante Vineria Sunset at the small harbor. Detailled walking maps and tourist guides (in German) available in apartment. We would recommend this holiday home!
