3 Bedroom House in Villa Park, Orange
Our guest house, built in 1963, is a comfortable 1100 sq ft with two bedrooms and a remodeled kitchen, huge double-headed shower with glass block, (no tub) Jacuzzi, large patio with heaters, outdoor BBQ area and on a one acre property with 55 orange trees. (squeeze your own OJ every morning!) One bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a king. Our new (October 2021) living room sofa bed sleeps two. Ten miles to Disneyland, 14 to Knotts Berry Farm. The large covered patio is available for relaxing. Big screen living room TV with Roku (200 free channels and Netflix, Apple and Paramount +), washer dryer, wi-fi and cable TV and over 200 DVD movies included. There are double sided windows and dual drywall throughout. (very quiet!) 30 day minimum. Convenient grocery shopping, banks and restaurants close by. Gated residence.
There is a we will require a $150 cleaning fee. Anything over 45 days will require additional cleanings. We love our guesthouse and have a fairly high standard of cleanliness that we are sure you will appreciate.
Pets: Although the maximum weight of a dog is listed at 20 lbs or less in the Property section,, we will accept dogs under 30 lbs (no cats please) If you arrive with a larger dogs or more than two, you will not receive a favorable review. Please report any 'accidents' within 24 hours. There is no 'penalty' for accidents so please report them.
Please -Smoking, vaping or any other activity that expels oils or an oder is strictly prohibited inside our guesthouse. Smoking is allowed at our comfortable patio island.
