When entering this beautiful abode, you will encounter a welcoming and spacious open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows that flood the entire place with natural light and allow you to admire beautiful mountain views.
Kick your feet up and relax in the living area, which offers comfortable furniture strategically situated near the gas fireplace and Roku smart TV. The open kitchen and dining area have all the essentials to prepare and enjoy homemade meals while soaking up the scenic views. Additionally, this floor enjoys a laundry room with a washer/dryer.
Enjoy direct access to an uncovered deck featuring another outdoor sitting area, a dining area, and a gas grill - perfect for cookouts! There is also an attached sunroom with a cozy sofa to read your favorite books and relax.
The primary bedroom is on the main floor, and the other two bedrooms are upstairs. Downstairs is another living area with a Roku smart TV and an air hockey table to keep you entertained during your stay. From here, access a covered deck with memorable tree-lined views, an outdoor dining area, and plenty of additional seating. A wooden staircase leads you to the firepit area, a fantastic gathering spot for storytelling and roasting s'mores.
This home is in Bear Paw, a gated community on Lake Hiawassee. Mountain View Marina is a marina in the community where you can rent boats, kayaks, and paddleboards to enjoy time out on the lake.
