Lower level has 3 bedrooms, bath, family room and kitchenette with a separate entrance. Large deck overlooking lawn and views of the lake. Dock with sitting platform and beach for easy access into the water. Fire pit by the lake, great for toasting smores! Sebago Lake is a large lake , great for boating and water sports with access to Brandy Pond and Long Lake via the Songo River. Sebago Lake is a beautiful pristine lake and is enjoyed by all. Maximum occupancy is 10 people. No large gatherings, no pets, no smoking.

Summary: Beautiful and peaceful! Family loved it. Better pillows needed. Downstairs bedrooms could have been a little cleaner. Overall a great week with gorgeous weather. Yard was amazing for wiffle ball and volleyball combined with fire pit and superb access to the cleanest water!! We enjoyed our week and would definitely return.
