This cool, yet cozy apartment is located directly above the city center, but quiet on the edge of the forest. Here are 4 people comfortably place; with private balcony. The footpath to the forest starts next to the house. Quiet neighbors. From guests I have heard that the apartment is noisy and you sometimes hear something from the neighbors. Renovation March 2016.
Living room
The apartment receives its guests with a spacious hall (with wardrobe), from which the two bedrooms, the bathroom and the living room exit (this leads to the kitchen and the balcony). Each room is dominated by a different color, creating a homely atmosphere. The apartment offers a wealth of shelves and cabinets in each room, so that more than 4 people can comfortably accommodate their luggage. For dining or working, a table in the living room invites. The large couch has a relaxing function, which means that you can prefer individual seats and adjust the headrests. On warm days you can use the balcony; There are chairs and a table ready. The large kitchen shines in sunny yellow. Unfortunately, the stove has despite all efforts some limescale (a previous guest has left the stove in a bad condition), but not limit its function. The kitchen is fully equipped. Since one or the other got feet over time and also broke (can happen), not everything fits together in color. If something breaks, please tell me so I can replace it immediately. The bathroom has a bath with shower function. Here is also the washing machine. In addition to toilet paper you will find a basic equipment, such as hand soap, shampoo and shower gel.

Interaction with guests
I welcome my guests if possible. If that does not work, I have a very nice roommate who will make the key and apartment handover for me. Since I do not live in the same place, I am available by phone. For emergencies, there is a caretaker who lives in the same building complex.

Bad Nauheim is a beautiful Art Nouveau city, which has awakened from the "sleeping beauty sleep" in recent years. You can shop well, eat varied, go for a walk or relax with the various spa services. If you like running, you can walk to the Johannisberg in about 25 minutes to enjoy a fantastic view over the Wetterau to the Vogelsberg. And then eat a piece of cake on the terrace of the Johannisberg restaurant. For Elvis fans there is the bust of Elvis to visit, which can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes, on the edge of the spa park. The spa park attracts joggers like walkers. In the new pond house you can get not only coffee time, but also in the evening delicious. And in between a pedal boat or rowboat ride on the big pond in the heart of the spa park. Adjacent to the spa park you will find the worth seeing Sprudelhof in Art Nouveau style with its historic bath houses.
