Two king bedrooms, two full bathrooms, with a queen sleeper sofa, full kitchen, washer and dryer, balcony overlooking the large pool, reserved covered parking spot, 2nd floor end unit with enclosed hallways and an elevator.
NOTE: Guest will need to bring their own linens (sheets) and towels.
Guest must have at least one person 21 or older staying in the rental. No exceptions.
The Lucayan is a Smoke Free property, smoking is prohibited everywhere on the property including condo's, balconies, parking lot and pool. Violators will fined up to $150. This fine will be assed to the renter if the association provides proof of smoking by renter.
Located in midtown Ocean City, MD within walking distance of restaurants, bars, mini golf and shopping. Walking distance to the beach and beautiful sunsets over the bay. You can't go wrong staying here.
