Indianwood Golf & Country Club consists of 594 manufactured homes with most homes being 2 bedroom, 2 baths. Indianwood Golf and CC is located in the village of Indiantown, a short distance to the Palm Beaches and the beaches of the Treasure Coast. Close to urban conveniences without the typical south Florida congestion. Indianwood boasts an 18 hole, par 70 championship golf course that is both challenging and fun. Located on the golf course is the Outpost, a full service, liquor licensed restaurant serving lunch, dinner and Sunday breakfast. We have two swimming pools, tennis court, bocce ball, shuffleboard, basketball and pickleball courts for outdoor activities. We have many clubs, committees, leagues and groups to join. Library and board games to borrow. We also have monthly dances, ice cream socials, pancake breakfast on the first Saturday of the month and bingo on Wednesday. This rental house is located within walking distance to swimming pools, golf course and restaurant. Newly remodeled kitchen, bathrooms, flooring and paint. Enjoy outdoors in your screened sunroom or outside on the Lanai. There is also a charcoal grill provided. Handicap ramp available.
