A great vacation spot awaits you and your family at this 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse located in the heart of Fairway Village in Quechee.
It is located in the middle of Highland and Lakeland Golf Courses and is a short ride to all the amenities of the Quechee Club (not included with rental, but available to you per diem through the club). The club has tennis courts, Lake Pinneo for water sports, indoor and outdoor pools, the ski mountain, and the state of the art fitness facility is open year round.
Your vacation home has hardwood floors throughout the main living space and consists of well-decorated living areas, both indoor and outdoor, a fully equipped kitchen (including wine fridge!), and two full bathrooms.
The master bedroom is located upstairs, with two large closets, and has a private access door to the adjoining bathroom. The bunk room is also located upstairs and has a two-kid bunk bed and full-size futon in the room with ample closet space.
Downstairs is the third bedroom with another closet and a queen-size bed. Off that, is the second bathroom and the living room and dining room area. Overlooking this area is the kitchen that has updated appliances and plenty of space for cooking for your family.

With that being said, we are unable to accommodate any pets as our condo association strictly limits pets to owner-occupied units and unfortunately, your security deposit will be forfeited if a pet is brought on site.
