Summary: They had trouble finding Hotel.com reservation, so charged me as if I had no reservation. Everything was finally corrected and I was bill correctly, but I had to call back Quality Inn and contact Hotel.com to make that happen. Also, I had to call about a dog fee, not noted on Hotel.com site. $20. / dog. Room was clean but in need of an update. Good for an overnight stop. Breakfast was good.
