Summary: Property was just “ok”. First, this is an older duplex (musty odor) with the other side used a as permanent residence. There was no coffee maker as I was told, a jar of open spaghetti sauce in the cabinet, the bathroom is tiny, could not get the tv remote to work, curtains in the bedroom did not sufficiently cover the window, not enough towels, yard had not been mowed in a while (was between ankle & knee high). The fenced in back yard was useless as the fence is down in places, no lawn chairs and the neighbor’s dog uses the fenced in yard as it’s pooping spot. The entire place could use some work. The neighborhood was so-so. On the other hand, the bed was very comfortable!
