Summary: The house is quaint and in a good location and neighborhood. I had to call the property manager to get check in details, but he answered right away and we had no issues getting checked in after that. Right away, I noticed that the floors had not been vacuumed and there was a lot of hair on all the rugs. The surface areas seemed clean, but anything not visible, such as kitchen drawers, cabinets, and closets, was not. The extra comforter was on a closet floor and also covered in hair. The listing says up to 7 guests, but it's not really set up for that many. There is plenty of space, but beyond that, it's not stocked for a larger family...only 4 glasses, limited kitchen utensils and cooking supplies, as well as bed space for only 5. We tried to make coffee in the morning, but couldn't find filters for the coffee maker. Overall, I think this could be a great property if more attention was paid to details, cleanliness, and proper stocking.
