Home features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, full kitchen, laundry, cozy sunroom and an office space. All bedrooms have smart tvs and whole house WIFI. A 15-20 min. drive to Wrightsville Beach and Carolina Beach a 30 min. drive. UNC-W a 10 min. drive and Wilmington Airport 6.2 miles from the home w/ shopping, restaurants and many amenities a few miles away. Pets are allowed but there IS a pet fee.

Summary: This was our second winter getaway at Wendy's lovely home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was great to be able to host dinner for our godson and his wife, and then with his parents. The house is full of amenities and the master bedroom has a very comfortable bed. We also enjoyed relaxing and reading in the sunroom. We loved walking in the quiet neighborhood and nearby drive to Smith Creek park. Downtown WIlmington and Wrightsville beach are within a 15-20 minute drive. Several grocery stores nearby... recommend America's Choice Gourmet for excellent frozen beef, chicken, pork and seafood.
