Completely renovated beach home with private pool which can be heated for an additional fee. This four bedroom three bath home sleeps nine guest. The master has a king bed and private bathroom with a walk in shower. The first guest room has a queen bed and shares the jack and jill bathroom with the second guest room situated with two twins. The third guest room has a bunk with a full on the bottom and twin on the top. The bunk room uses the third bathroom that has a tub/ shower combo. Need to do a little work while on vacation? no problem, there is a dedicated office for your privacy. The kitchen is well appointed with everything that you may need to prepare those home cooked meals. Relax and enjoy your favorite book on the front porch bed swing or dine outside in the screened porch. Take a short five minute walk to one of the best beaches on Saint Simons. When you return from the beach you can use the outdoor shower to rinse off before taking a plunge in your private pool. There are several lounging chairs, an eating table for four and a propane grill. The Butter Side Up Cottage has everything your family will need while on vacation. There are several of our best restaurants and shops within walking or biking distance.
*** We provide a starter set of toilet paper, trash bags, dishwashing tabs, dish soap and a sponge. You will have to go shopping for more supplies.***

We would like to make your vacation as stress free as possible. Services we offer for an additional charge include bike rentals, golf cart rentals, kayak tours, fishing excursions, sunset cruises, island trolley tours and much more. We can also have one of our local island chefs come to your home and prepare a meal for you and your guests. **Any of these services will need a 7 to 10 day advance notice during the summer season.**
We offer a grocery shopping service. For an additional fee, we will grocery shop for you and deliver to your home prior to your arrival. **This service needs a 48 hour advance notice.**

Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 10:00 am NO exceptions. Please do not arrive at the property early. We have cleaning staff and other employees trying to prepare the property for your arrival. All guests that arrive prior to 4:00pm or check out later than 10:00 am will be charged one additional night.
