Beautiful waterside condo has many amenities located on the water in East Boothbay. This beautiful waterside condo on Linekin Bay in East Boothbay has everything you need for an active summer vacation. The community-type atmosphere is fun and jovial; A nice blend of locals and seasonal visitors with each of the 20-units being privately owned, making each unit unique and reflective of the owner. It is the perfect location for hiking, swimming, kayaking and more. Imagine sitting in an Adirondack chair watching the sunset with your first glass of wine after hiking the nearby forest preserves, sea kayaking or taking a brisk swim on the private coastal beach. Oceanscape is close to town, but away from the hustle and bustle. The association has a beach (at low tide). PLEASE NOTE: The area experienced a severe winter storm that damaged the floating dock and ramp along with part of the pier. Until the pier is repaired, you will not be able to utilize in any way the floating dock that usually lies in deep water. However, the steps to the beach and the top portion of the pier are intact, allowing access to the beach. You can still access the ground portion of the pier where a picnic table and chairs are located. In addition, this condo association and grounds are non-smoking.
The condo is equipped with smart t.v.s with basic cable tv, and wifi connection as well! This condo is located on the first floor with a screened in area. This condo uses clean, uncluttered lines and calming colors to create a sense of space. The open concept main room combines the fully equipped kitchen, dining and living space in this compact area. The master bedroom suite has a king bed with an en-suite ¾ bath (shower only). The second bedroom has two twin beds. There is a second ¾ bath (shower) as well. What this beautiful condo lacks in square footage it gains in creative use of space and still has more than the usual amenities. The covered deck facing the water has outdoor furniture and a gas grill (outside). Air conditioning provided.

There are several yummy eateries right here in East Boothbay so be sure to check each one out! Breakfast Pizza at East Boothbay General Store, cocktails and lobster at Lobsterman’s Wharf or the Carriage House and don’t forget locally inspired cuisine at Ocean Point Inn! Experience Maine like a native. Visit our local farmers market, farm stands and farms to buy local and buy fresh. Don't forget the seafood. Lobster abounds in this area and can be purchased at any of the many lobster pounds on the peninsula or even off the dock from the local fisherman as he tends his traps right in front of you. The sunsets in particular and the views overall are spectacular from this property, so be sure to bring your camera! Migratory shore birds, porpoise, seals and even whales can be seen on occasion!
