HOUSE RULES AND POLICIES:
- Must be at least 25 years old to book. - We require a copy of every person's Photo ID over the age of 18 - No smoking in properties. No smoking within 20 ft of the exterior doors. There is a $500.00 fine if we find any smells or evidence of smoking.
- No events, parties, or large gatherings. There is a $500.00 fine for events, parties, or large gatherings.
