ECHO SANDS is a charming year round cottage on peaceful Echo Lake in Baysville! This solid, well built bungalow sits on a pristine landscaped 2.7 acre wooded property to enjoy. Boasting 2 finished levels of living space, this home features a large Rec Room for kids in the walkout basement plus attached garage/workshop. The beautiful large deck and screened in Muskoka Room overlook the lake where you can sit back and watch the sunsets! The deck boasts a bistro table and 4 chairs plus 3 loungers and 10 Muskoka Chairs. In the evenings enjoy the large firepit surrounded by Muskoka chairs and benches. This cottage has a unique, park like waterfront area offering a hard packed sandy, shallow beach to wade right into the lake and long floating dock with 3 feet of water off the end.
