Negative: Very uncomfortable parking arrangement not practical at all no swimming here at all you have to drive elsewhere to swim steep dangerous stairs upstairs bathroom really unpractical downstairs shower and toilet virtually in the lounge no privacy no comfortable furniture we sat on really uncomfortable furniture only one cushion per person Not a upmarket area, rather scruffy neighborhood property not advertised properly I felt dissapointment
