Set in a quiet location in Akbuk is abeautful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment for rent. Based in a complex of 40 apartments and 2 large swimming pools plus 2 small pools and sitting area. In the summer months the residents will have bbqs and invite you to join in. Its such a friendly complex for all ages. Thecomplex is brillant for family holidays or couples wanting to getaway to relax. The apartment is only 20 minute walk from the beachfront and main shops, you can also stop at little shops for refreshments along the way. If you dont want to walk its a 2 minute taxi ride which cost 15tl, the onsite janitor or his wife will call for a taxi with no cost . The nearest airport is Bodrum Airport which is only a 45 minute drive away. If you want something busier there is a bus that runs from the shops at the bottom of akbuk every 30 minutes into Altinkum which has shops, bars, and restaurants. The apartment has its own 2 balcony’s front and back.Also supplied 4x sun loungers with umbrella plus linen supplied . 1st Bedroom is a double bedroom with ensuite,wardrobe and draw set, with views of the pools and sea. 2nd Bedroom is a twin bed bedroom with wardrobe and draw set,with views of the land and moutains. Fridays there is a local market which is fantastic , food , clothing , you can buy anything there , Main bathroom has a bath and shower.With the washing machine in there too, (turkishway) Living room and kitchen are poolfacing. The living room has 1 sofa bed and 1 chairbed. TV and turkish satalite. Kitchen is fully equipped with Oven, Microwave, kettle, toaster,pots and pans, plates,glasses and cutlery.In the bedroom with the double bed there is a 32 inch TV , In the living room there is a 42 inch TV for your enjoyment . Wi-Fi Now installed/oh i forgot to mention the bathroom en suite has a spar sparbath , air-con in every room,please note we now supply a welcome pack , consisting of , butter,milk, coffee, tea, and fresh bread, after your flight it would be nice to sit down and have a nice of cup of tea or coffee, kind regards enjoy your holiday The area is just fantastic so friendly , I first visted the area of AKBUK in 2014 with my girlfriend and stayed for 3 weeks on the Pyramid Complex in AKBUK and i loved the place so much i bought a apartment on the complex in order for people to have a fantastic experience by staying on this complex and holidaying in AKBUK , The apartment is a pleasure to stay in please enjoy your experience just like myself and my girlfriend . PYRAMID COMPLEX , its just so fantastic to be in a place where you can totally relax , the village is just down the road about 15 minute walk, the people are just fantastic both on the complex and the area, the janator and his wife are so helpful they are like family ; theres a loca market l on fridays each week which is fantastic so cheap to stock up on food supplies and those specail gifts to take home, once you have visited AKBUK Pyramid Complex you will not want to leave , the night life is just so friendly , there are a number of bars in the villiage that serve excellent food which will blow you away. WE ARE GOING BACK TO APArtment in 3 weeks time where we will take better pictures/ we have had a video done of apartment inside and out; if you require one we can send to you free of charge ;
