Enjoy over 2,000 square feet of completely private space, including an enclosed solarium entry, and the spectacular Bali Hai views. From unit 411 on the far-right side of Puu Poa, no need to crane your neck over the edge of the lanai to admire spectacular sunsets and rainbows over the mouth of Hanalei Bay. You can enjoy one of the most iconic views in all of Hawaii directly from your own living room, glass atrium or oversized lanai. Enter through double glass doors to the sunroom/enclosed atrium and get your first experience of the deep blue ocean reflecting the ever changing Hawaiian sky. Enjoy this air-conditioned oasis as you continue into the main living room and then savor the natural warmth of Kauai's gentle breezes as you step out onto your lanai. Take a moment to listen to the soothing waves below and the songs of tropical birds. The entire unit is built with comfort and luxury in mind. The master suite has a king bed, ample closet space, its own AC, and a double vanity bathroom with a glass door shower and a jetted tub. Down the hall there is another air-conditioned bedroom with two twin beds and its own full bathroom with washer and dryer. The fully equipped granite kitchen overlooks a platform dining area, the main living room and your lanai by the turquoise waters of Pacific Ocean and the Bali Hai coastline.
If you are in the mood for swimming, the oceanfront heated pool of Puu Poa is only steps from your unit and Princeville Beach is a short hike away. For a healthy workout, the condo complex offers a tennis court surrounded by hibiscus bushes. Puu Poa is nestled at the end of an upscale Princeville neighborhood on approximately 2 miles of scenic walking paths. Venture out to nearby Princeville Shopping Center for groceries, shopping in iconic local stores, and restaurants or play golf on Hawaii's #2 golf course, the Makai. A short drive will take you to some of Kauai's best beaches, including the miles long white beach of legendary Hanalei Bay, the site of the classic movie production of Rodgers and Hammerstein South Pacific. You can relax on the white sand or choose to don your snorkel and spot turtles and colorful fish over the coral reef in the summer months. Kilauea and the quaint surfing town of Hanalei offer plenty of additional dining options with their local farm-to-table restaurants. Further North, you will enter the world-famous Napali Coast with its snorkeling and sightseeing treats.
