Summary: We enjoyed our stay. The location is wonderful, we were impressed by the clubhouse and amenities included, that made the stay. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner did not keep up with the temperature I set it to in 90 degree heat. We arrived and it was set to 75, and sometimes reached 77 even after lowering it to 72 and to 70 to try to get it cool. There was long black curly hair left in the bathroom- stuck to the painting- that’s an ick for me but I was able to overlook it because I also shed and know the challenge of getting every hair. We were attending a funeral, I took out the iron to care for my dress and the water reservoir dumped onto my dress and was broken prior to my use but I was not aware. We got caught up with a canceled flight because of hurricane Milton and they simply said they’d extend our stay and sandbags are on the porch-it felt very business handled- not empathetic or personable with the stress of our situation but this is a business.
