Positive: The staff are amazing and helpful and the location is exceptional!
Negative: The room was tired and in need of a refresh! Flooring was worn and tiles grotty. Taps in the shower and kitchen were extremely hard to turn and regulating the water temperature was almost impossible. The shower water temperature was dangerous. It was very hard to achieve a good temperature!
Summary: Excellent location with rooms being a good layout and size but in need of plumbing work and a refresh of flooring!
