Our 4-bedroom family vacation villa in Circeo San Felice, a 70 minute drive from Rome airport, is the perfect retreat with stunning Mediterranean views, and surrounded by lush greenery. Designed by famed architect Michele Busiri-Vici, Villa Agave with its prime location in the National Park of Circeo, the villa offers privacy and seclusion for its guests with wonderful views of the Pontine Islands, the Mediterranean and Mount Circeo.
Set in 2 acres of private land, with a garden of giant agave and other local plants, the entire property is spacious, bright and modern. The living room features large patio glass doors onto the terrace, with stunning views and perfect for outdoor eating and lounging. There is a dining room with a table and chairs for up to 12 guests, and the kitchen is large, fully-equipped and just outside is the charcoal grill for a summer fun BBQ.
Each bedroom benefits from stunning views, and comfortable beds, fresh linen, and cool floor tiling and Air-Conditioning. The master bedroom is located on the first floor, and has a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. Upstairs is the 2nd bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a large closet. Also on the second floor is a TV room, with large sliding glass doors, a large study, with a secluded terrace, and inspiring views ideal for creative past-times.
The sub-level of the villa has it's own self-contained 1-bedroom apartment with views onto the garden. The apartment has all the same exquisite features provided in the main villa, and has its own bathroom, kitchen, and living room. From the roof at sunset there are spectacular views of the Pontine Islands and the outline of Mt. Vesuvius on the horizon, and behind the rugged mountainside of Mt. Circeo. In addition, the villa has its own private parking.
Villa Agave is the perfect get-away-from-it-all location, ideal for beach, and hiking vacations or just to simply relax. The rocky, secluded beaches of the state park are a 10-minute walk from the villa. The historic center of San Felice Circeo is about 3 miles away and here you will find all the amenities you need - shopping, restaurants, a local cinema, and the historic convent. The new town and port are further down the mountain and have supermarkets, bakeries, fishmongers, butcher and of course Gelaterias and Enotecas! Finally, the amazing sandy beaches of San Felice and Sabaudia are just a short drive away.
