Each unit will have cleaning supplies and disinfectant for guest use during their stay including small bottles of hand sanitizer.
Located on the peninsula of Punta Rassa, this complex is adjacent to the bridge leading to Sanibel. It features a large private pool and hot tub, tennis courts, shuffleboard, playground, gazebo with sitting area, gas grills and restrooms. The entire property is meticulously maintained and has beautiful landscaping as well as plenty of walking areas to enjoy. The association owns a private community fishing dock that comes with a pier license. The building has two elevators and reserved parking under the building.
This luxurious 2BR/2BA condo fully renovated unit on the 2nd floor features a master bedroom with a king bed and private bath and a 2nd bedroom with two twin beds. A large living room with a queen sleeper sofa and loveseat also sleeper for up to six guests. The kitchen has new stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, under mount sink and a tile backsplash. The unit also has a private laundry with washer and dryer. Sit on the lanai and watch the spectacular sunsets while you enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail.
Punta Rassa is conveniently located directly at the causeway to Sanibel and Captiva Islands. These islands are famous for wonderful restaurants, shops, white beaches, and world class shelling. In addition, you can walk to the Marriott Sanibel Harbour Resort and Spa or have dinner and drinks with your complimentary social membership at Sanibel Yacht Club Marina both located adjacent to the property.
