Looking to escape? Look at this wonderfully bright 2nd-floor condo in sought-after Deep Creek Gardens. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 2nd-floor condo is perfect. Nestled in a friendly, mostly retired community near golf courses, restaurants and of course, Walmart! Neat 75 and 41. The development has a heated outdoor pool, community room, tennis courts, pickleball, horseshoes, shuffleboard, Bacci, putting green and assigned parking in front of the unit. (Amenities may be closed due to Covid) The unit backs onto a pond and beyond that nothing but green foliage. We have 2 large bedrooms, both with private bathrooms, the kitchen, living room and eating area are open concept with 8-foot wide patio doors that lead to the lanai. The property is professionally cleaned, all the decor, sheets, towels, utensils, small appliances and most of the furniture is brand new. The complex has a nice sense of community. This is ideal for up 2 to 4 renters. The Master bedroom has a king bed which converts to 2 singles and the bedroom also has a single fold out couch/chair perfect for a child. (We have 3 kids and this is the room they use. It also has a private bathroom.) The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and also has a private bath, which is what we typically use as our Master Bedroom. The condo association requires credit and criminal checks therefore 30 days booking notice is needed. Snowbirds looking for a winter getaway can take advantage of the longer stays. (January - May). Please reach out for longer stays and we can try and work something out! If your booking in the summer months, the monthly cost is 1000$ a month plus the cleaning fee. 30 Days booking notice is needed because the condo association must approve a criminal/credit check.
