MAIN FLOOR
The heart of the home lies in its grand living area, with sky-high wood beam ceilings and plush seating centered around a stately kiva fireplace and a 75’’ Smart TV, perfect for family movie nights.
A modern and fully equipped kitchen, complete with top-of-the line appliances and ample storage. Culinary enthusiasts will delight in the gourmet kitchen, featuring granite countertops. A spacious dining room seats 8, complemented by a 4-person breakfast nook for cozy morning gatherings.
The house offers a dedicated office space which provides a serene spot for reflection or remote work, equipped with a large desk and comfortable chair.
The main level Guest Bedroom is positioned for easy access and comfort which presents a tranquil escape with a queen bed and elegant furnishings. On the upper floor, our Primary Bedroom is a sanctuary of its own. The ensuite Primary Bathroom boasts a luxurious double vanity, bathtub, rejuvenating shower, and an ample walk-in closet.
Guest Bedroom 2 provides a tranquil setting for a restful night's sleep, featuring a king-size bed, a 43” Smart TV, and refined decor.
