The Brown Pelican has been sold and the new name is Get Bent Lodge. It is still located in Cypress Cove Marina and has had some very nice upgrades. It is also under new management. the new VRBO # is 2022131. please search this new number in VRBO search bar. Check-in: 4:00pm Check-out: 11:00am WE HIGHLY SUGGEST THE PURCHASE OF TRIP INSURANCE CANCELLATION POLICY: Any cancellation must be in writing. Cancellations are only allowed prior to 30 days of the rental period for a full refund. Cancellations between 30-14 days of rental period only receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within the 14 days rental period are only allowed in the event of named tropical system in the Gulf of Mexico that requires evacuation or tropical watches/warnings are issued for the Venice area. Should the reservation be cancelled within the 14 days of the rental period then the entire rental fee is forfeited and the reservation/damage deposit will be returned. No refunds will be given for inclement weather, illness, accident, change in plans, personal emergencies, charter boat cancellation, or otherwise if not done in writing 14 days prior to arrival date.
